Guidance notes are a great way to give users the information they need when completing a step.
First go to app.operonix.com and login. Once you're logged in you can click the settings icon in the navigation bar at the top right of the page:
This will take you to the admin page, then select the process that contains the step you want to edit:
Then click process builder:
Now you're in the process builder, select the step you wish to edit, just click on the step to do this:
Then click the "Add guidance notes" button:
Enter your guidance notes. You can use markdown syntax here for formatting. You can use something like Notion to write the formatted guidance notes, export to markdown and paste into the guidance notes text box:
Click "Save" underneath the guidance notes text box, and then you will need to click "Save" in the process builder.
Your step will now display the guidance notes in the case management page for all new and existing cases!
